In collaboration with the Strings Magazine's video series Strings Sessions, I had the pleasure of recording Paganini's Caprice No. 24, alongside two works featured on my first album, STORIES (re)TRACED - J.S. Bach's first partita and Fritz Kreisler's Recitativo & Scherzo-Caprice. Much like the Bach partita, this caprice deploys the variation form with improvisatory charm and, well, capriciousness.
